Initially, the idea was to create a parody image of the Wicked poster using Rarity and Chrysalis, but after analyzing the idea well, I realized that the most logical thing would be to use Cadance instead.

Creating the crown is a bit laborious. I don't know the name of the designer, but he certainly had a lot of free time.

If you want to make some lovely realistic clouds, make a matching background first

Then use phosothop's aribrush and just splat dots in irregular shape all over the background. Be sure the clouds are of slithly different color.
