Sculptress

"The Sculptress is a placeholder name for a Cenobite whose duty it was to manipulate flesh into new and innovative forms of artwork". Never featured in the Hellraiser movies, very little is know about this Cenobite, except that she's a beatiful woman wearing a large dark green dress instead of the usual robes other Cenobites uses. She has two features that stand out from others: uses a ring from Leviathan as earring and has knives blades inlaid in her fingers. I'm know for my work as children's book illustrator, so this kind of image is totally out of my comfort zone. Not the kind of work I usually do, but I accepted the challenge.

For those who are not familiar with Poser, is the best 3D puppeter software ever.

The tricky part is to create a "blank" texture which is just pale, not really blank. That gives the character an spectral appearance.

The figure originally had the inlaid knives complete, with handles. But that give her a weird "Edward Scissorhands" look, so I removed them.

Do you know how complicated is to create some "real wound textures"? Most merchant resources are intended for beauty pin up models, and the few available as "wounds" are a bit too clownish...

Poser has basic tool to reshape the models, so I have some trouble reshaping the character's back. Chains in the back are just one chain model, copied and pasted infinite times, then just retooled a little to create the illusion of a complete background.

And this is the result: A Cenobite enjoying her work. Lucky her ;)
